1. Controller and scope

北京汇众数能科技有限公司, trading as WindInspectTech, is the controller of personal information collected through this website and its enquiry channels.

This business-to-business website is not directed to children. Do not submit an enquiry if you are under 18.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email and application summary. You may also provide your company, destination country or region, product interest, technical details and later correspondence. The system records the enquiry route, source page and a unique request reference.

For security and reliable delivery, we also process technical information such as IP address, browser and request metadata, request time, security events and Cloudflare Turnstile verification data. Rate-limit records use keyed hashes rather than storing the submitted IP address or email address in plain text.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, export-controlled files or other sensitive information through the form. We do not currently install advertising pixels, behavioural advertising tags or non-essential analytics cookies.

3. How and why we use information

We use information to respond to an enquiry, assess technical or commercial fit, provide requested specifications or application guidance, send a transactional receipt, maintain an enquiry record, secure the website, prevent misuse, diagnose delivery failures and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Where European data-protection law applies, these activities rely on steps you request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B enquiry service and responding to prospective customers, and legal obligations where applicable. We rely on consent only where applicable law specifically requires it.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

4. Service providers and disclosure

The website uses Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1, R2, Turnstile, Email Sending and Email Routing for hosting, security, storage and transactional email. Cloudflare generally processes website content, enquiry data and customer logs on our behalf. For Turnstile, Cloudflare also processes limited security signals as an independent controller where it uses them to improve bot detection. See Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Enquiry messages are forwarded to an authorised WindInspectTech sales mailbox. We may disclose relevant information to authorised personnel, advisers or project partners who need it to assess the request and are subject to appropriate confidentiality requirements.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell or rent personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you contact us through WhatsApp or another external service, that provider processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.

5. International processing

WindInspectTech is operated from China. Cloudflare operates a global network, and our Cloudflare D1 enquiry database currently runs in the Western North America region without an EU jurisdiction restriction. Information may therefore be processed in China, the United States and other countries where approved service providers operate.

Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards. Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and provisions for transfers protected by UK and Swiss law. Contact us for further information about an applicable safeguard.

6. Retention and security

The enquiry system applies these default periods:

  • successfully delivered enquiry records: 365 days from submission;
  • sent transactional-email outbox payloads: 30 days after sending;
  • queued or failed enquiries and their outbox records: 30 days from submission; and
  • pseudonymous rate-limit records: 2 days after their last update.

Cloudflare Email Service may retain sending and routing event metadata for up to 31 days. If Email Preview is enabled, Cloudflare may retain a preview of sent message content for approximately 7 days. Cloudflare D1 point-in-time recovery may retain a recoverable earlier database state for up to 30 days after application-level deletion.

Correspondence copied into the sales mailbox is intended to be retained for no longer than 365 days after the last substantive contact, unless it becomes part of a quotation, contract, support record or legal matter requiring a different period.

We use access controls, request validation, rate limiting, anti-bot verification, encrypted transport and restricted service bindings. Cloudflare states that D1 data is encrypted at rest and in transit. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and may complain to a data-protection authority available in your jurisdiction.

We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to protect legal claims.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the applicable version.
