Source and Editorial Policy

This policy explains how product-document values, external method references, translations, media and review status are kept visible and separate.

01 · Source hierarchy

Match each claim to the right source.

Product claims start with the identified supplied manual for that model. Method explanations use primary research, official standards, regulators and technical institutions where available. External method sources are not treated as independent validation of a listed product.

  1. 01

    Product-document evidence

Model functions, specifications and stated conditions come from supplied product manuals. Product pages identify the applicable document, revision and cited section.

  2. 02

    Primary and official context

Research papers, standards bodies, regulators and public technical organisations explain inspection or measurement methods and their limitations.

  3. 03

    Supporting context

Supplier application notes may illustrate a setup, but sample size, equipment and commercial interest remain visible. Competitor values are never reused as WindInspectTech product evidence.

02 · Translation and control

Preserve meaning, revision and conditions.

The supplied Version A manuals are first-party product sources managed by 北京汇众数能科技有限公司; most also name its Technology & R&D Center as the drafting function. They support the translated product record but are not independent validation.

  • English summaries identify the model and retain the source document title, identifier, revision, language and relevant section.
  • Metric values remain primary. An Imperial equivalent is supplementary and must not change the stated tolerance or precision.
  • A performance value stays beside its measurement meaning, setup, exclusions and application boundary.
  • Conflicting or unclear source wording is held from publication until the discrepancy is reconciled.

03 · Media provenance

Catalogue presentation is not evidence.

AI-enhanced images are labelled catalogue visuals.

They may improve consistency or presentation, but they are not measurements, field records, inspection results, product-identity verification or independent validation.

Product evidence sections use code-native source records. The crawler product keeps supplied equipment media; five other catalogue products use clearly labelled AI-enhanced presentation assets. Homepage field footage is identified as footage and is not presented as an inspection result.

04 · Editorial review

Reviewer attribution is evidence-gated.

A named technical reviewer is shown only after the person’s identity, role, relevant qualification and review date are approved for publication. Until then, pages state that attribution is pending and do not emit a reviewedBy claim in structured data.

05 · Documents and corrections

Request the applicable revision.

Raw supplied manuals are not offered as public downloads. Translation status, configuration, document revision, OEM or distribution authorisation and redistribution rights must be reviewed before a document is released. Use the technical-documentation route to request the applicable controlled material.

To report a possible error, send the page URL, product model, disputed value or wording and any supporting source to sales@WindInspectTech.com. Material corrections should update the page revision date and the visible source record.
