Product-specific evidence chain

From field video to rotor comparison.

The offline workflow uses controlled field capture to compare clearance variation, rotor speed and aerodynamic behaviour.

Illustrative workflow · based on supplied product documentation

  1. 01

    Capture

A positioned ground camera records the turbine under documented capture conditions.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

Processing derives clearance variation, rotor speed and aerodynamic imbalance indicators.

  3. 03

    Report

Calculated results can be exported in a Word report for engineering review.

This deterministic diagram explains the documented sequence; it is not a live software screen or independent performance validation.

Configuration review

Review your WIT-RB20 configuration

  • Camera position, turbine yaw, visibility and image-stability conditions
  • Required comparison of clearance variation, rotor speed and aerodynamic behaviour
  • Word-report requirements and whether a project-specific optional drone setup needs review

Documented output: Calculated results can be exported in a Word report for engineering review.

Read this output with the stated operating conditions; it is not a site-specific performance guarantee.

Confirm before ordering

Confirm the included equipment and accessories, installation and calibration responsibilities where applicable, interface documentation, required records and delivery schedule in the project quotation.

The published specifications do not define a complete supply package or a committed delivery date.

Standards context: ISO 20816-21:2025 — measurement and evaluation of vibration on horizontal-axis wind turbines above 200 kW. It states that evaluating a slowly turning rotor's unbalance requires considering both mass and aerodynamic unbalance. See also VDI 3834 Part 1 — referenced by ISO 20816-21 (Annex B) for assessing the influence of rotor unbalance on vibration. This is the published requirement the measurement serves. It is not a statement that this equipment is certified or approved to it; conformity for a project is established by the buyer's own procedure.

Evidence boundary

First-party specification; not independent validation. This first-party manual supports the described capture workflow and specifications; it does not independently validate an anonymous example or predict performance at another turbine.

Document provenance

The source document is centrally managed by the supplier and drafted by its technology and R&D function.
